Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at shop@cowbossranchwear.com and we will gladly exchange the shirt if we have the requested item in stock.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment for the amount of purchase minus shipping costs. Great quality shirts . Unfortunately I ordered mine the same size as all the other brands and they are too small. Not the fault of y’all, it’s on me . I will order again and change the size to one that will fit

I really liked the shirt. So much at i went to your website to order a couple different colors and they were all sold out. Don't know if I want to wait as long as I did for these shirts again.

I like the looks of the shirt, but the large is about a half an inch too small across the chest for my husband. He normally fits a large and we see that we should’ve ordered extra larges for a better fit. He is very tall the length of the arms were great. The length of the shirt itself was great. It just is about a half an inch to 3/4 of an inch around his chest area too small.

Great shirts, just like advertised reminds me of the old pear snap work shirts from the 80’s. Big practical pockets and plenty of shoulder room.

It was a bit more pink than I expected but I love the shirt and it yesterday. Feels and fits great and very well made . Good Job . When I make another order I may jump up to XL when I start wearing under garments.

Great shirt. The fit is perfect. It breaths perfectly and having the phone pocket on the chest is a great tool. I will be buying a few more of that style shirt.

It fits well. But is a bit pink in color. Thought it was going to be more red. I will still use it. I like your shirts the best. Will buy more.

When I ordered this preorder I didn’t expect it to take so long to get to me. That being said. There was open communication the whole time and constant updates. Once they had the product they got it to me as fast at they could. It’s a good shirt. I like the long tail so that it stays tucked while I’m doing things. I would buy more shirts in the future, and wouldn’t mind having a vest if they get them in, in my size. Thank you

My shirts just came in. I ordered the Wheeler and the Bighorn 2.0. I tried them on as soon as I opened them and i can already tell they will he my favorite shirts. I was interested in the big pockets because i utilize my shirt pockets profusely in my job. I love the size of the pockets, the zip up chest pocket, and the two pen holders. I couldn’t recommend these shirts enough. 11/10 purchase. Will be buying more!
