We handle all of the fulfillment ourselves. Remember, we are ranchers too and sometimes we are out of service for a couple days at a time. We will ship your products as soon as we can, usually within 2-3 days of your order being placed. Feel free to email us if you have any questions about your order.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@cowbossranchwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at shop@cowbossranchwear.com and we will gladly exchange the shirt if we have the requested item in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment for the amount of purchase minus shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The chest pocket didn't change for 100 years. We changed it.
Old pearl snaps were designed when the biggest thing a cowboy carried was a folded piece of paper. Justin crushed five phones finding that out the hard way. Here's what's different.

This shirt roped three cows before I ever even put it on. And I’ll be the first to admit that I am not a very good roper but with this shirt, I roped a rattlesnake 70 feet away with a 35 foot rope. This shirt looks so sharp, I don’t even need a knife to cut open hay bales.
All jokes aside, this shirt is made by working cowboys for working cowboys. The material is light and comfortable but tough enough to wear to fix fence. For every time I’ve wished something about a shirt, this one has the answer to it.

It's a 100 degrees here so he hasn't got to wear them yet. The material is a little heavier than he's used to regular Ely plaid western shirts. Very happy you picked up the ball and made a pocket that will fit these phones. I have taken all his other shirts to be altered for this reason. Can't wait to see what else you have coming ahead!

It’s amazing for the ranch work I do
I’m 6’6” 245lbs with knuckle dragging ape arms and this shirt fits awesome, I rarely find shirts long enough in the sleeves but this shirt does. Just ordered another.
New favorite work shirt. Great to have a western shirt that’s long enough to stay tucked and a good athletic fit. Phone sized pockets are a game changer. Wearing this shirt as I type this, just finished moving cattle all day horseback.
I read a lot of comments on the internet about this shirt. They all say they wish they had tall sizes. I am here to say it’s not necessary. I am 6’6” and a large guy these shirts are almost to long if there is such a thing. If you worried about them not being long enough no need to worry.
