If your total of qualifying products is $150 or more, then those items will ship for free via the most economical service.  Items are eligible for free shipping unless "Not eligible for free shipping" is specified on the product page. International orders, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.  If the item does not ship for free, then shipping costs are based on the weight and box dimensions required for packaging.

 

Lost Or Damaged Packages

Please contact our customer service department immediately regarding lost or damaged orders. Allow us up to three business days to work with our delivery partners to try to locate your package and/or determine the cause of the damage.
